Question 1

Is it really the same product?

Accepted Answer

Most dropshipped products come from the same factories that sell on AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping or Temu. We compare the photos, not just the titles, and label each result as identical, another option of the same product, or similar. Check the photos and options before you buy.

Question 2

Why is it so much cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Dropshipping stores add a markup to cover ads and profit, then order from these suppliers once you've paid. Buying from the supplier skips that markup. Delivery takes as long as through the store: the same supplier ships it.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Without an account, you get 5 searches to try it. With a free account, searches are unlimited, and once your email address is confirmed, you also get 5 advanced searches a month with our most precise model. Undrop is partly funded by commissions from some of the stores it links to.

Question 4

What happens to my screenshot?

Accepted Answer

We use your files to run the search, then keep only a reduced copy in your history so you can come back to it. You can delete any search, or your whole account, at any time.

Question 5

Is it safe to buy from these marketplaces?

Accepted Answer

Most major marketplaces offer buyer protection if an item doesn't arrive or doesn't match the listing. Check the seller's rating and the delivery time before ordering. A dropshipping store orders from these same sites anyway: going through it adds a middleman, and one more chance for mistakes.

Question 6

Which links can I paste?

Accepted Answer

Product pages from online stores (including Shopify stores), TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook posts, or a direct link to an image. No link at all? Type the product's name. If a site blocks us, a screenshot always works.
