Terms of service

You submit an image, a video, a link, or the name of a product you type. We analyse it to identify the product and look for the same or similar products on third-party marketplaces such as AliExpress, Temu or CJ Dropshipping.

Results are produced automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong, and prices, stock and delivery times change often. Always check the listing (photos, options, seller rating, shipping time) before you buy.

Purchases happen on third-party websites, under their own terms. We are not a party to those transactions and we are not responsible for the products, delivery, returns or refunds. Marketplaces have their own buyer protection programmes.

You must be at least 16 to use Undrop.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may limit or suspend access in case of abuse, for example automated scraping, attempts to get around search limits, or unlawful content.

One account per person. Sign up with an email address you keep: temporary inbox services are refused, and other spellings of the same address (capital letters, dots in a Gmail address, a “+” tag) count as that address. We may suspend extra accounts, and a suspended person can't create a new account with the same address while the suspension lasts.

You keep all rights to what you upload. You allow us to process it only to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to share, and nothing illegal.

With a free account, searches are unlimited, within fair use: one search at a time, limits per network and the service's daily capacity. Every search shows every listing found.

Visitors without an account get 5 searches. With a confirmed email address, a free account also gets 5 advanced searches a month. Searches that fail, find no product or find no match (no listing that is the same product or another option of it) are given back.

Some links earn us a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. Results are ranked by match, then by price; at an identical price, suppliers come before resellers; commissions never change the order. Suppliers are listed first, then recommended platforms (large retailers such as Amazon and Walmart), then other sites, collapsed until you open them. A site's group depends on what it is, never on whether it pays us a commission. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for purchase decisions based on results. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The current version and its date are always on this page, and important changes are announced on the site.
